Palomar Technologies is a privately held company and a leading supplier of precision automatic die bonding, wire and ball bonding, and component assembly equipment. We are the only major supplier to the semiconductor industry that also provides process development, prototyping, and production services through our Palomar Microelectronics division, as well as being a leader in integration expertise.
